The hotel rooms were well presented, clean, and the bed was not too soft, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and provided great customer service without any snootiness often found in luxury hotels. The location was superb, situated right in the heart of the city and close to many local attractions. The dining experience offered great variations of food choices at a first-class level, although it was a bit expensive. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were well presented, clean, and the bed was just the right level of firmness for a comfortable sleep. Additionally, my request for a foam contour pillow was easily accommodated with several choices available.
Service

The staff were brilliant, on point, and provided great customer service, making my stay more enjoyable. They were accommodating with our late check-in, showing their attention to guest needs.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was great for my city plans, being right in the city center and close to everything I wanted to visit. However, accessing the bathroom was a tight squeeze, a minor inconvenience compared to the overall convenience of the location.

The dining experience was first-class, with a delicious selection of food choices. Although the quality was exceptional, the prices were on the higher side, making it a bit expensive.

7.4/10

The hotel offers a beautiful and spacious stay, but the outdated rooms with insufficient blockout curtains and advertised as 5-star fell short for three people. The helpful and friendly service added to the positive experience, yet the brilliant location may prompt exploration elsewhere next time due to space constraints and prompt plate clearing needs.

Rooms
7.0
The room was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained but lacked modern updates and adequate blockout curtains for early sunrise in Queensland.
Service
9.0
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, expedited room cleaning, and provided professional and polite assistance in trying to accommodate our requests.
Location
8.0
The brilliant location in the heart of the shopping and dining area was convenient for exploring on foot, though limited space at 2-person tables may impact dining experiences.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional for the price paid, with room for improvement to match the value offered elsewhere.
Facilities

The room was a bit disappointing as it wasn't available right at 3 pm, and there was a noticeable smoke smell that needed some repairs to meet the expected standard. However, the service was exceptional; the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating, making me want to come back as a regular customer. The location was right on the Queen Street Mall, allowing me to enjoy shopping and then retreat to a peaceful oasis. The dining experience was varied and interesting, though a bit overpriced at times. Overall, it was a mix of highs and lows.

7.2/10

I stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were spacious, they were not up to the Hilton standard I expected. The service was friendly, but there were some issues. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Brisbane with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was good overall, though improvements could be made. The facilities were decent but could use some upgrades.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were comparatively large but not up to the Hilton standard. Some fixtures like the hand basin and coffee area glass cover were chipped. The desk and desk light looked well used.
Service
7.0
The staff were extremely friendly. However, there were some lapses in service quality. A birthday greeting with a wine bottle is a thoughtful touch, but attention to details like offering sugar needs improvement.
Location
9.0
The location was amazing, being right in the center of the Brisbane mall, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and King George Square for events.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered a good selection of items, including healthy choices like yogurt, fruit, cereals, and a hot item. However, the alternating schedule for serving bacon and sausages didn't match expectations. Overall, it was fine with room for improvement.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were decent overall but showed signs of aging in some areas. While functional, upgrades could enhance the guest experience.
